Also receiving the delegation were leaders of departments, branches, sectors and investors of Becamex - Binh Phuoc Industrial Park (Chon Thanh town).

Overview of the reception and working session
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tue Hien said that with mild soil and climate, not being greatly affected by natural disasters, Binh Phuoc has in recent years completed the construction of 13 industrial parks with high investment attraction potential. Up to now, Binh Phuoc has 371 FDI projects, with a total investment capital of more than 3.464 billion USD. Korea is the second largest partner with 84 projects, total capital of more than 735 million USD; producing main products such as garments, leather shoes, wooden furniture, electronics, etc.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tue Hien affirmed that in recent years , the friendly and cooperative relationship between Binh Phuoc and Jeollanam provinces has been increasingly consolidated and tightened.
In the industrial parks alone, there are 280 FDI projects invested here, including 68 Korean investors with a total investment capital of 705.7 million USD. There is one infrastructure investor in Minh Hung Industrial Park - Korea (Chon Thanh town), C&N Vina Company Limited, with a total registered investment capital of 12.83 million USD. Currently, there are 283 Korean investors, experts, and workers working in the industrial parks.
Mr. Kim Young Ro ok, Governor of Jeollanam Province, thanked Binh Phuoc Province for the thoughtful reception of the delegation.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tue Hien affirmed that in recent years, the friendly and cooperative relationship between Binh Phuoc and Jeollanam provinces has been increasingly consolidated and tightened. This is demonstrated by the fact that the two sides have signed an international cooperation agreement to create favorable conditions for promoting cooperation in the economic, cultural and social fields. Thereby, creating a solid environmental foundation for Korean enterprises investing in the province to feel secure in their production activities, expand their business, as well as promote the call for Korean investors to come to Binh Phuoc province and vice versa.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Kim Young Rok, Governor of Jeollanam Province, thanked Binh Phuoc Province for the thoughtful reception of the delegation. At the same time, he introduced an overview of the potential and strengths of Jeollanam Province and hoped that Binh Phuoc would continue to create favorable conditions for enterprises of the province in particular and Korea in general to come and learn, invest in production and develop sustainable business in the locality. After this working visit, Jeollanam Province will direct local media agencies to introduce more potential and strengths of Binh Phuoc.
